Jason Paul Roberts is a Denver based photographer specializing in portrait and fine art photography. Jason’s photographs are taken from the view of an intimate outsider. His work of tender realism captures more than the surface facade of his subjects. His photos are imbued with warmth and respect.

Born in Chicago, Jason was raised by his grandparents in a typical middleclass, working environment. His grandfather, a Teamster, instilled in him an appreciation for the common working man, while his grandmother encouraged him to pursue his interest in art and music.

After receiving his art degree in 1995, Jason moved to Denver, Colorado where he continued his studies in art, music, and marketing communications.

Jason's current work includes portraits, headshots, model portfolios, band and live music photography, fashion photography, and volunteer photography for veterans, first responders, and cancer survivors.

Jason shoots on location and at his professional photography studio in the "RiNo Art District" of Denver, Colorado.
